ThreeLinx Search is partnering with a growing and reputable organization in the services sector to find a Senior Procurement Specialist to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to bring their expertise in sourcing, contract management, and vendor negotiations to an organization that supports both corporate operations and a broad network.
As a key member of the procurement team, you’ll lead tactical purchasing efforts across a wide range of categories—materials, equipment, services—and support the broader supply chain strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement practices. If you’re passionate about driving value, managing contracts, and building supplier relationships, this role offers both challenge and impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead Innovative process enhancements and elimination of inefficiencies
• Design and lead the implementation of workflows and process optimizations
• Creation and analysis of KPI dashboards (ideally using Power BI)
• Ability to analyze databases and extract actionable insights, effectively telling a story through data
• Development of scalable processes and training teams on those processes
• Design and implementation of system and process improvements
• Act as the data lead for all contract information managed by the team
• Maintain and coordinate contract data across the team to support reporting and decision-making
• Analyze spend, forecast needs, and identify cost savings
• Support cross-functional teams with procurement planning
• Provide consultation and reporting on supply chain performance
What We’re Looking For:
• 5-7 years of progressive procurement experience
• Background in vendor management, forecasting, and contract law
• Strong Excel, Power BI and ERP skills
• CPP certification or equivalent an asset
