Key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound orders and supplier communication

Tracking & tracing inbound shipments while managing KPIs

Purchase order management within ERP systems and supplier portals

Coordinating freight with logistics teams, vendors, and 3PL partners

Communicating ETAs and supply updates to internal stakeholders

Executing stock transfers across the North American network

Preparing customs documentation as required

Troubleshooting supply chain and shipment issues

Processing ASNs and supporting operational flow

Execution of full customer order management process
