Our client is seeking an experienced Director Procurement & Category Management to provide strategic procurement leadership and serve as a key partner to Brand teams, Franchise Partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

This role will lead category strategy, sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationships, cost optimization, and supply continuity while driving procurement governance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a procurement team and represent the Procurement function in senior stakeholder and Brand meetings.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive Procurement/Supply Chain experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong strategic, commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings, process improvements, and tangible business value.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG is an asset.
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• SCMP designation or working toward certification is an asset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
