Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Buyer to join their procurement team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on MRP-driven purchasing, ERP system integrity, and global supplier management across direct and indirect categories.

The Senior Buyer will play a key role in reviewing and challenging MRP recommendations, ensuring purchasing decisions align with demand signals, inventory strategy, and supply risk. This position also involves managing international suppliers, maintaining accurate ERP data, and supporting end-to-end purchase order execution.

Key Focus Areas

• MRP analysis and validation of planning recommendations
• ERP data accuracy and purchase order lifecycle management
• Management of overseas suppliers (Asia/Europe) with long lead times
• Cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Operations, and Finance
• Continuous improvement of procurement and planning processes

Ideal Background

Candidates should bring 5–8+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment, strong ERP/MRP system knowledge, and hands-on experience managing global suppliers and BOM-driven supply chains.
