The Senior Manager, Procurement is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services that support the organization’s mission. This role collaborates closely with internal departments, leads supplier negotiations, and strengthens vendor relationships while ensuring adherence to corporate policies, compliance requirements, and procurement best practices.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of all bid and tender documentation—such as RFQs, RFPs, RFSOs, and RFIs—for the organization. The Senior Manager partners with client departments to assess procurement needs, provide guidance on best practices, and maintain strong cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment with program and organizational goals. The role also maintains accurate records of procurement activities and prepares regular reports for management and stakeholders.

• Preparing and executing RFPs, bids, and tender documents.
• Reviewing service level agreements and contracts.
• Managing the corporate procurement system and monitoring award processes to ensure compliance.
• Leading strategic procurement processes, including RFPs, bid packages, vendor negotiations, and vendor presentations.
• Training and supporting staff in procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinating legal, risk, and technical reviews throughout the vendor lifecycle.
• Managing the contract database and preparing monthly compliance dashboards.
• Drafting and routing contracts for approval and execution.
• Supporting departments in navigating procurement processes and driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, contract management, and ethical sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage complex competitive procurement processes.
