About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Associate Manager, Fixture Procurement to play a critical leadership role within their Procurement team. Acting as the trusted partner to the Manager, you will provide operational oversight, coordinate procurement activities across multiple retail banners, and help drive strategic sourcing initiatives that support enterprise-wide objectives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operational Leadership

• Support the day-to-day oversight of fixture procurement activities across multiple retail banners.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor, store, and cross-functional procurement issues.
• Partner with the Manager to drive process improvements, procurement excellence, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure procurement processes are executed consistently and efficiently across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate procurement activities across internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Store Design, Construction, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project objectives.
• Support enterprise initiatives by aligning procurement strategies across multiple business units.

Reporting & Business Insights

• Consolidate procurement reporting into executive-level summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor procurement performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide reporting and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning activities.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Support strategic vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Participate in supplier meetings and assist with vendor performance management.
• Collaborate on procurement strategies that deliver long-term value and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 6-8 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor performance.
• Experience working in a retail or multi-site environment is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience supporting senior leadership.
