Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking an experienced Procurement & Facilities Manager to lead and enhance its procurement and facilities functions across a multi-site operation.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement practices, ensuring compliance with provincial procurement requirements, and driving consistency, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will lead competitive procurement initiatives, strengthen policies and processes, oversee vendor performance and contract negotiations, and support broader public sector compliance and reporting.
The role also provides strategic oversight of facilities management, capital planning, vendor relationships, asset lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and facilities-related risk and business continuity. The Manager will lead a small team while also supporting district-level teams, developing procurement resources and training, and promoting best practices across the organization.
